Luckily, you can do a lot yourself to prevent problems. Choose a healthy lifestyle without it feeling like a hard boot camp.
I cannot indicate this in advance. It varies from person to person and depends on your starting position, your overall health, your beliefs, and what you do during the program. I aim for maximum results, do you as well?
You make a commitment for 6 weeks. My urgent advice is to refrain from consuming alcohol and eating out during that time. However, I won't impose it on you because you are responsible for the outcome. I am here to guide you. If you follow my advice, I guarantee you results.
This yields the best results for women and men aged 45 and above. At least 2 to 3 times per week, along with regular physical activity. If you can't or don't want to do strength training, I will work with you to find alternative exercises that suits you.
You can work on your fitness and health and eat well, but if cellular health is poor and the low-grade inflammation is too high, you won't achieve the desired results in the long run. If you are using high-quality liquid omega-3 and have done a blood test to assess your levels, then you don't need to take it additionally. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask.
The cells require 4 months to regenerate. In month 5, you will undergo a second blood test to assess if the oil has had its desired effect. This test typically takes place within month 6. You will use the oil for a minimum of 6 months, and after that, you can choose whether to continue or stop. I opt for this approach because I aim for optimal health for participants in my program. If you prefer not to use the oil, we will discuss alternatives together.
The first month you will pay 125,90 euros. (including shipping costs). During this month, you will use a double dosage, and the price includes the second blood test. You won't be charged for the first test, as it is my gift to you. After that, you will pay 38 euros per month until month 6. At that point, you can choose whether to continue using the oil or stop. If you don't want to use omega-3, we will schedule a consultation. Don't forget, omega is the foundation of your health, and that is priceless.
Absolutely! You will receive all the information via email and WhatsApp, and the weekly gathering will be conducted online instead of in person. It won't have any impact on the program, and you can always extend it on your own. You will have all the necessary tools for that afterward.
